How to Bake Frozen Croissants

  1. Take croissants out of the freezer and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, 3" apart. 

  2. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot (oven with light on is ideal) for 6 hours or longer if needed. You can also thaw them in the fridge overnight and complete thawing in the morning by taking them out of the fridge and leaving at room temperature for 1 hour. (The sign that croissants are ready for baking, they should puffy and soft).

  3. Preheat the oven to 390F (200°C). 

  4. For a golden, shiny crust, brush croissants gently with a beaten egg before putting into the oven.

  5. Bake on the middle rack for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown and fully puffed. (Baking time depends on the oven.).

  6. Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm and fresh!

How to Bake Frozen Sausage Rolls

  1. Do Not Thaw. Bake sausage rolls directly from frozen.

  2. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).

  3. Place the frozen sausage rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave space between them.

  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is hot.

  5. Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for best taste!

How to Bake Frozen Biscotti

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

  2. Place the frozen biscotti on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spacing them out.

  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscotti are golden and crisp.

  4. Cool completely on a wire rack.The biscotti will continue to harden slightly as they cool.

  5. Serve and enjoy! Perfect with coffee, tea, or as a sweet snack on their own.

How to Serve Meringue Roulades

  1. Remove from freezer and packaging and place the roulade on a serving plate or tray.

  2. Defrost in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until fully thawed.
    (For quicker defrosting, leave it at room temperature for 1–2 hours, but keep an eye on it to preserve the texture.)

  3. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture. Slice gently with a sharp warm knife and serve with your choice of fruit or a dollop of whipped cream.

  4. Fruit pairing suggestion:

    • Lemon Curd Roulade: Pairs beautifully with: fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, thinly sliced kiwi.

    • Raspberry Coulis Roulade: Pairs well with: raspberries, pomegranate seeds, red currants, blood orange slices, mint leaves.

    • Strawberry Cream Roulade: Lovely with:: fresh strawberries, sliced peaches or nectarines, banana slices, basil or mint.

    • Hazelnut Chocolate Roulade: Complimented with: sliced pears, cherries, figs, orange segments.
