We’re baking enthusiasts and curious entrepreneurs who love turning simple, high-quality ingredients into something delicious. You won’t find any weird, unpronounceable stuff in our bakes, just real ingredients you recognize (and actually want to eat). That’s our promise.
A little about me:
I was born in a country that no longer exists on the map (you guessed it, the USSR). Back then, the scarcity taught us to create something from nothing. As a girl, I resented the endless lessons in sewing, cooking, and baking. All those "practical skills" meant to prepare us for a life of making do. I dreamed of a world where stores overflowed with abundance, where I could just buy what I wanted instead of laboring over it.
And then… I got exactly what I wished for.
But life has a funny way of circling back. What once felt like a chore became my passion, my art, my rebellion, my quiet witchcraft. Baking is where I play, create, test new recipes, and embrace failures (because every flop teaches you something).
At heart, this bakery is my love letter to the past I once ran from, and the future I’m still inventing. Come taste the journey.
