Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All items are baked fresh to order and delivered locally. We’ll contact you via text to confirm the delivery time. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order when it arrives. We allow a 15-minute grace period upon arrival. If we’re unable to reach you after that, we’ll send a final text letting you know that delivery wasn’t completed. You’ll then need to arrange a separate pick-up time.
Delivery fees may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Returns
As all items are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., wrong item or damage), please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
