Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery based on ZIP code. Simply enter your ZIP code at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area.
If your address isn’t eligible, it likely means you’re just outside our delivery zone. Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure!

What happens if no one is available to accept the delivery?

We allow a 15-minute grace period upon arrival. If we’re unable to reach you after that, we’ll send a final text letting you know that delivery wasn’t completed. You’ll then need to arrange a separate pick-up time.
To keep your bakes as fresh as possible, we kindly ask that you be available at the agreed delivery time.

How far in advance do I need to order?

All our products are made fresh to order. We require at least 4 days' notice to prepare and schedule your delivery.

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Can I request a custom order?

We love to make your celebrations extra special. If you have a custom request, feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Do you have a permit to sell your bakes?

Yes, we operate under a Washington State Cottage Food Permit, which allows us to sell homemade baked goods legally. This permit comes with certain guidelines and limitations on what we can offer.
Recipes for all products listed on this site are approved and compliant with the WA State Cottage Food Program regulations.
